These are happy Crystals!  Crystals are known for storing and amplifying energy.  Sometimes they might have accumulated low frequencies.  Because of this, I periodically cleanse them with Sound Healing, infused them with REIKI and Karuna REIKI® Energy to charge them, and bless them with an incense ceremony.  They arrive to you ready to use, so that you can fully benefit from their optimal healing.

When at home, you can lay down placing on each of your chakras its correspondent stone and let the Heart shaped Healing Crystals bring you balance, cleansing and harmony.  You can also sit down for meditation placing the crystals around you or holding one at a time in your hands, focusing on cleansing each chakra.  You can place them on your nightstand and fall sleep while cleansing any dense energies accumulated during the day.
